Sought-after location for ski or mountain stays, with direct access to the slopes from the ski room—no need to cross any roads. Shops, restaurants, equipment rentals, ticket office, and the Pic du Midi cable car are just steps away. Everything is within walking distance, a real advantage in winter. The functional, well-designed studio comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests. There’s an entrance with bunk beds, a bathroom, separate toilet, and a bright living area with a sofa bed. Cleaning is the guests’ responsibility; the property must be left clean. Bed linen and towels are not included. The kitchenette is fully equipped: induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, mini oven, raclette set, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, and complete tableware. A private covered parking space is available under the residence (max height 1.90 m), offering added comfort during your stay. All access details will be provided the day before arrival via your chosen communication channel on the booking platform.
